- As a cruelty-free brand, Erishoo does not incorporate any animal testing into any production and development level. We do not provide authorization to any third parties to perform any animal testing on our products.

Our ingredients are all sourced in the SINGAPORE ethically, and no ingredients we use are in danger of becoming extinct or gained via slavery/child labor.

- Our shampoos and conditioners, are safe for Keratin treatment, Color-treated, Brazilian blowouts, chemically treated hair, wigs & extensions. We don't use phthalates, sulfates or parabens in our products. As always, it's best to consult with your stylist before starting any new products.

Transit Times: Orders will typically process and ship within 12-24 hours of placement. The exception is orders placed after 1pm PST Fridays through the of day Sunday or holidays, as our warehouse keeps Monday - Friday business hours. As always, please reach out to us at team@erishoo.co if you have any concerns or questions about your package or do not see an update within 4 business days of placing your order.

Orders are fulfilled in our warehouse within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (or holidays) will be fulfilled the next business day. Any order placed before 12 PM will be processed the same day. Any order processed after 12 PM will be processed next business day. 

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from SG carrier services.

Orders in Singapore only - $7 for all orders.

Orders to Malaysia and Indonesia shipping rate of - $14 for all orders.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship overseas.
